National Transplant Assistance Fund

If you wish to make a tax-deductible donation, you can send it to the National Transplant Assistance Fund & Catastrophic Injury Program (NTAF). You will need to download the gift form from here (pdf) and fill it out.

We were signed up with AdaptiveMall.com through a program called "Kiddie Pool Equipment Funding". It is similar to creating a Wish List on Amazon or a registry at Target or Wal-Mart. The difference here is that you donate a gift certificate (minimum $25) towards the purchase price.
